The Washington University Center for Cellular Imaging (WUCCI) provides reliable and affordable access to state-of-the-art cellular imaging technologies, provide professional guidance in experimental design, sample preparation and data analysis, develop and apply new imaging technologies and work collaboratively with WUSM researchers to advance our understanding of human health and disease. The center provides education & training in the use of advanced cellular imaging and microscopy techniques as well as in state-of-the-art quantitative data analysis methods. The WUCCI also provides cutting-edge lab space for both light and electron microscopic sample preparation, sectioning and mammalian tissue culture facilities.
The WUCCI is supported by the Deans office of the School of Medicine, the Departments of Neuroscience, Cell Biology & Physiology, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery and Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, the Musculoskeletal Research Center, the Diabetes Research Center, the Rhuematic Diseases Center, the Children’s Discovery Institute (CDI), the Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital and the Office of the NIH Director (OD).
You can register as a WUCCI user using your WUSTL Key ID and password and the system will ask you to select your PI from a drop down list. If your PI is not listed, then please contact Peter Bayguinov (peterbayguinov@wustl.edu) with your lab name, your PIs email address and their WUSTL key ID and he will add them to the database.
